You will provide us with existing documentation. If you require us to prepare a new project as part of the renovation, our architect and designer will handle the documentation. Our interior designer can create a custom interior design for you, saving you both money and time.
We will prepare a detailed budget for you, including a breakdown of all requested tasks.
We will draft and send you a contract proposal, providing you assurance and guarantee that the project will be completed properly. We finalize this contract only after approval of the detailed budget and contract draft.
Once the contract is signed, we begin construction work. The duration of the renovation is bindingly stipulated in the contract, and you can monitor progress during regular inspection days.
Once the renovation is complete, we will deliver your home renovated and clean, and together we will sign the official handover protocol.
